Projects brief report carried out
in past
Polio Walk:
SATH (Organization) always encourages working with other NGO’s
to create awareness in this regard with collaboration of
Rotaract Club of Faisalabad City join project of Polio Walk,
Health Awareness especially against drug addiction. Projects
have been launched in educational institute like Municipal
Degree College, Shiblee College for boys and CBA etc. |

Blood Camps:
With Rotaract Club of Faisalabad City, Anjuman
Insan Dost, Free blood grouping camps were held at Abdullahpur,
Mansoor Abad, Yasrab Colony, where not only blood groups were
checked free but given awareness to the people about
Hepatitis, AIDS, Drug addiction also.

Pillow Covers Donation:
With Rotary Club of Faisalabad Pillow Covers were donated to
S.O.S, and Fallah-i-Millat Hospital Faisalabad.

Pakistan Book Bank:
SATH (Organization) is working for children education, for
this a project “Pakistan Book Bank” has been launched
(Pamphlet attached alongwith). In this respect, free course
books with scholarship are provided to the needy & poor
students. Under this project, seven students are adopting in
Prime Foundation School, Yasrab Colony Faisalabad.

“WADA”
(WAR AGAINST DRUG ABUSE):
During our
working, we observe a lot of social problems, but the most
severe and fast spreading is drug addiction in our youth
specially. So, SATH (Organization) has decided to concentrate
on it. For this a project is planned which is “WADA”.

The salient Features of “WADA”
are: |
- To
create awareness among people especially in youth through
printing literature, seminars, workshops, walks etc.
|
- To
provide them professional skills & recreational
activities.
|
- To
take or encourages such steps due to which addicted
peoples can become a useful
part of
society.
|
- In
first phase, we are working in educational institutes
through leaflets and pamphlets to
create
awareness against drug abuse.
|
- This
is a long term project and SATH (Organization) is seeking
resources to combat this
evil.
